Privacy

Remote Inspection is operated by Astroblaster LTD. We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, arrange your service and deliver your private property record.

Enquiries and orders

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, property details, requested checks and timing. Share only what is needed for your request. Do not send identity documents, passwords or card details through the enquiry form.

Your client area

Your request, our findings and uploaded evidence are stored using Cloudflare D1 and R2. Access is limited to the account linked to your record and our authorised team. Files remain private until the team shares them with you. A file’s SHA-256 fingerprint identifies its contents; it does not prove where or when a photograph was taken.

Invitation and reset links expire after one hour and can be used once. We store password hashes, not readable passwords. Necessary secure cookies keep you signed in for up to eight hours and let the order confirmation page check your payment status. We retain limited security records to prevent abuse.

Payments

Stripe handles payment on its own checkout page. We send your email and a random order reference to connect payment to your request. We store payment status and the Stripe session reference, not your card details.

Email and service providers

Enquiries and paid-order details are available to our team in the private administration area. When email sending is configured, our email provider sends team notifications and your account invitations. We do not use these details to sign you up for marketing.

Access and retention

Access is limited to people handling your request and providers needed to operate the service. We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request, resulting service and applicable record-keeping obligations. Visits and legal services

Permission to enter, photograph or film is agreed separately before a visit. For optional legal verification, we discuss the information needed and its transfer to the collaborating lawyer before sharing documents.

Preferences and external websites

This website remembers your light or dark theme on your device. The enquiry form does not require an account. The Grand Rock B409 reference links to a separate website containing the project materials.
