We live locally, so there is no overseas trip to arrange. Timing depends on access and our availability. Tell us if it is urgent and we will discuss the earliest practical visit.
No. We agree everything remotely. You authorize the visit and introduce us to the person who can provide access. We send the findings digitally.
Yes. We are not paid by any estate agent or developer. You commission the service, and our job is to give you an independent account of what we find.
The property visit covers the agreed checks of visible condition and documentation. Legal verification is a separate paid service through our collaborating lawyer. Let us know beforehand if you need a specialist structural or engineering assessment.
